We have arrived... On-line purchasing is here along with the redesign of the site. You can pay with all major cards using the PayPal system. Don't worry you don't need a PayPal account yourself, you just choose which chilli pastes and pickles you want and Paypal will accept your credit/debit card. We will then send your order out to you. So, have a little browse and have a ponder on how you would like to make your taste buds come alive.

Well, 2011 is upon us and finally we are going to have on-line purchases so that you can replenish your pastes whenever you would like to. Please do of course check us out at the shows because at heart we are still passionate about chillies and great tastes.

Two new creations from Chilli Creation!

Lemon Pickle with Chilli and Chilli & Shrimp paste

Infusing the whole of the lemon, a zesty pickle that adds a new dimension to the citric pleasure is created.  Perhaps born for kebabs or a plaice, in the sole, the pickle once mixed with the food gives you a taste of changeable intensities of sharp and tart.

If you prefer your chilli paste to be more sedate, then the Shrimp paste will be right up your school!  This is a more luxuriant, creamier and softer paste but still hot enough to add that zing. This goes well with rice as a nearly there mix to bring it spicily alive.

By the way could you temper the shrimp with the pickle?
