The birth of chilli Creation Ltd

It all started in 2006 when I retired from a very high flying job and realized that I needed a challenge to keep me busy. Having been raised on a tropical island where chillies are the every day norm and exotic fruits grow in abundance, I concluded that a mixture of both heat and sweetness together would stimulate the palate, and thus Chilli Creation was born.

I initially grew the chillies in my back garden and as the crop was very good, I then proceeded to grow them in a polytunnel and outdoor on my farm.

I do not use any chemicals in the cultivating process.

Chilli Creation Ltd was formally launched in April 2008.
